i have come to the conclusion that anyone who belongs in the troll group should just be banned anyways.

therefore, i have removed the troll group.

frigger has been given another chance.

this means that if you spam outside anywhere but troll, you will be BANNED and you will not be put in any special groups that allow you to still post.
